The craniosacral method is an approach to bodywork, which is based on the principle of the "Breath of Life".
The Breath of Life is a vital life force, which connects us to our origin and inherent health. It reconnects us to the source of being and wholeness, where separations does not exist.
The Breath of Life is a therapeutic force, which expresses itself as an ordering principle in a slow, constant
and cyclic motion. This subtle motion is perceived
like an inner breath or a tidal movement. It is also called primary respiration, as an expression for the first inner breath as a manifestation of life itself.
A trained practitioner can perceive primary respiration and use it as evaluation and treatment.
The faculty of the International Institute for Craniosacral Balancing® ICSB is working as teachers and therapists in the field of healing arts since more than 30 years.
Over these years our work has grown, changed and evolved continuously.
This immersion in the healing arts over decades is nourishing and
enriching Craniosacral Balancing® today. ICSB is dedicated entirely to the teachings of the biodynamic approach to craniosacral therapy.

“I’m treating to restore health.
I’m not treating to correct the
problem.
In treating this way, I have opened the doors
for the body to
try to do what it wants to
with its own living forces.”
Dr. R. E. Becker, DO
